Question:
Where to buy Vit. D, A/D, and Calcium Citrate (water dispersible)

To Ontario Canada DS people. Where do you get your Vitamin D, A/D, and Calcium Citrate products? I don't mind taking pills, but I don't want to have to take 12 pills of calcium a day. Any suggestions please?    — Francoise (posted on May 7, 2009)

You can go to www.globalhealth.com and get the UpCal D, it is water dispersable and tasteless. 3 scoops a day.

I want to second BariatricAdvantage.com, they have the best chewable calcium with d, several flavors to choose from including a chewy caramel one. My favorite is the Wild Cherry, but I haven't had one that I didn't like yet. Their multivitamin is also very good.

Have you tried "Trader Joes" they have a great assortment of vitimans.
