Question:
Medical Mutual of Ohio....Osu says they have my papers....They say they dont!

Has anyone had this excuse?? OSU hospital submitted my pre-auth on 12/15....I called 12/27 and Medical Mutual says they have not record of it...When I call and advise OSU to resubmit...they say that "Medical Mutual has it...however, they wont tell you they have it. Untill after it is approved or denied"...HAS ANYONE EVER HAD THIS BEFORE????    — TRACEY W. (posted on December 30, 2002)

I have MMO too, it seems that they are making me jump through hoops for them. I will continue to jump as long as they approve me in the end. Keep calling them, everyday I called I got someone different and a different answer. Good luck!!
