Spray vitamins

The story I have heard is that several people have been injured by vit.
deficiencies from using these.
Please get real vites!

I started using vita-mist the day I got home from the hospital. The only
deficiancy I had when I went back for my 6 months and one year check up
was for B-12. From what I understand, most people are low on this because
of a lack of protein. I'm healthier than I have ever been in my life and
I'm 17 months post op.

I usually get a free sample when I attend my hospital reunion.
I have never had any problems with the vita mist. I love it. it is good
tasting and easy to use.

There was a rep at a support group meeting last year who gave out samples
and took orders from some. By the 3rd meeting, 3 months later the surgeon
whos support group it was informed everyone who was using it to stop cause
it was doing harm more than good. This one woman who had had no problems
with getting her vitamins and things in she was suppose to be taking ended
up in bad shape. Her body was not geting what it needed from the Vita mist.
We were told to stop using it and they have not advertised their products
or reccomended them again. I am not dissing Vita mist or their products. To
each experience is their own and those who like using them if they give you
what you need then so be it.
