There really isn't a "website" for the pouch rules. If you do a Google search and put in pouch rulles for dummies you will come up with the paper explaining the rules. Some people and others (doctors or WLS offices) have incorporated this link into their sites. You will find a lot of creative pages out there that have it fancied up. I am not even sure who the author of the rules is but it is out there all over the web. You should be able to find it real easily.
