Will insurance pay for a revision.

The best thing for you to do is to check your explanation of coverage. That document should detail what would be covered in regards to weight-loss surgery and will not be covered. You can also contact your health insurance company for more information. In many cases, coverage for revisions is not provided unless medical necessity can be presented.
