Question:
How long after submitting your paperwork to your insurance did you receive a response

I got a denial and then an approval within 6 days. Sometimes it longer sometimes it can be even shorter. I think it really depends on your insurance and your company, whether they have different criteria than the insurance company. Good luck!!!!! Hugs.... Donna

GOT EVERYTHING IN ON MONDAY APRIL 13TH WAS APPROVED ON WED APRIL 15TH AND HAVIN RNY DONE MAY 6TH (:

The surgeons office submitted my paperwork on Monday,and told me it could be 2-3 weeks to hear anything, but on Wednesday, that same week, they called and said I was approved

I have Anthem BC BS. My doctors office submitted one day and it was approved the next. My first doctors appointment/consult was on Feb. 4th & surgery was on March 5th. Good luck!

I have BCBS of NC (State Health Plan). I was approved April 24 after only two days. My RNY is schedule for June 8!!
