Patti: I have been approved by BCBS of ND. I recommend that you go to your state and search out the peers there and their insurance companies. You'll likely find others in Alabama with BCBS and you can then E-mail and ask them or just read the information they posted regarding their insurance companies. Go to the "Gallery" page then put in your state's abbreviation and push "Go". Best wishes!
