Has anyone had BCBS Fed pay for Lap Band Surgery?

AS FAR AS I KNOW BCBS OLY PAYS FOR GASTRIC BYPASS. GOOD LUCK LOOK AT YOUR POLICY TO FIND MORE INFO

If you mean BCBS Federal and you are a federal employee, you might want to consider Mail Handlers Insurance PPO -- that is what my partner had when she had her WLS.
