Why don't you ask your surgeon for some names? Or look in the phone book and make some phone calls. Just because a doctor used to take something, there is a chance that they no longer accept a certain insurance. Your best bet is to take the initiative and make some phone calls.

your insurance company should also have a list of providers that are available to you. You would still need to call the provider to make sure they are still taking the insurance, but that is at least a starting point.

Medi - Cal does not pay for it. I had to pay cash in full ($90).
