Question:
Does anyone know if Anthem BCBS of missouri covers gastric sleeve?

I have the Anthem BCBS in Texas and they are the only BCBS that will not cover the sleeve. I believe this is across the board with all Anthem policies. I had the gastric bypass instead. Good luck to you!
