Does Hawaii Med-QUEST cover WLS?

Hi Lala, you have to contact your insurance carrier and ask them. Even if your insurance company does have that as coverage, doesn't mean that your employer choose it as an option for their employees. You have to contact them and discuss the issues with them. Take care. Patricia P.
