I am 2 years out from my RNY and I wanted to tell you that no matter what
you may think or be told, this is about the best thing you have ever done
for yourself. Do not doubt yourself, this will change you in ways you never
dreamed of and it is all worth it.
I am looking forward to hearing how great everything is going.

This is not the "easy" way out... this is a tough process... but,
what a wonderful gift of life you are giving yourself!!! You will blossom
