What does health partners require to have Wls surgery?

It would be best to ask them. If Health Partners is an insurance company requirements would probably depend on the contract they have with your employer. Again, I'm not sure what Health Partners is. Good luck

I don't know how to answer your question. Whhat is health partners? Your significant other? partner? Insurance company? etc......

you can go to their website and they spell it out. Go to your HealthPartners website and search weight loss surgery and there are 4-6 PDF files to tell you about it. It is different by state. I have to go through dieitician, psych, physical therapy, meet a BMI requirement and do healthpartner phone conferences for 10 weeks before I could have the surgery.
