If you have had this 2 days don't you think it is time to call your Doctor to have it checked out? We all can surmize or say yea or nay but only your Doctor can decide Pick up the phone n call unless you want to sit all week end hurting.

I wonder if it could be a stomach ulcer.

Go to the hospital! -- and make sure your bariatric surgeon is involved. I had the same symptoms -- my bariatric surgeon sent me to the ER. It was an "internal" hernia - something more common in laproscopic RNY patients, which reveals itself approx 6 mos - 2 yrs after RNY. My small intestines were poking through a hole in the mysentery sac which surrounds the digestive organs. It was choking off the intestines and, as it turns out, could have been FATAL! The ER surgeon, who immediately operated on me, consulted with my bariatric surgeon -- which is a good thing. Something like this happened to another one of his patients and, with no consultation, that surgeon unnecessarily cut out 20" of intestines.

Yes, please... GO TO THE ER!!! Nobody on here knows you, your symptoms, or your medical history enough to diagnose what is or isn't wrong with you. If you are still having pain, you need to seek medical attention immediately.
