Has any one been approved with bcbs fl ppo (state employee)

NO but i have bcbs ppo Mo and it took only 2 weeeks for the approval I am now sceduled for May 11th and am soooo excited for the new me.. Just make sure you have a letter of recomendation from your PCP with the paperwork because if I had that I would have been approved in one week only.. Good luck and keep smiling

Through my work out here in Pt. Hueneme, Calif. we have BCBS. PPO (which is through the state of Georgia) and they suck, they don't cover the Gastric Bypass surgery, let alone anything else, but there's different BCBS's.

Hi! We have BC/BC PPO of NY (Empire Blue), although we live in TX...go figure. I was approved on the first try within a week of my Dr submitting the paperwork. I hope they approve my gastroplasty! Good luck!
