Question:
Has anyone used Dr Kligman/ Medical college of Ohio Hosp
I am trying to get a surgeon and hosp that accepts payments. My ins will only pay 12500. I need some one reasonable and competent.For lap rny approx 22-24000 for md hospital and anethesiologist.Preferably in the state of ohio or close surrounding areas. — Ramonawhaley (posted on February 20, 2007)

HI, I dont know how far of a drive it would be , but try DMC in Detroit..
they were great. They may do some kind of a cash discount. The Drs work

I had surgery 3 weeks ago in Toledo. Dr. Patrick White is the greatest! I
don't know about payments, but a phone call will answer your question.

Hi Ramona. While I'm not sure if payments are available, I can tell you
that I used Dr. David Fallang at the Surgical Weight Loss Center in Dayton,
OH. His facility did an excellent job and he offered split billing so I
only had to pay about $8000 out of pocket for the open rny. He repaired my
hernia and fixed my acid reflux at the same time and took the insurance as
payment in full for those procedures (meaning I didn't have to pay a
deductible). I don't have their phone number, but I'm sure you could find
them online. All I know is that I'm thrilled with his procedure and with
the results...and if it's self-pay then you get scheduled much sooner.

I also had Dr Patrick White ~ Toledo Hospital. Would highly recommend him
to everyone. He also has a great support group that meets first Wednesday
of the month. Can't answer payment options as my insurance covered it.

Dr. Kligman is in Maryland now @ the University of Maryland. He was the
Dr. that did my surgery. Just thought I would let you know.

Hey i had Dr Shina in Louisville Kentucky and he has an office in
Jeffersonville Indiana, he takes payments and is a great doctor here is
his number for Louisville 1-502-899-7620 and Jeffersonville 1-812-282-3930
he will work something out with you he offers that to every one, call him
my surgery was in september 11, 2006 and i never had any proablems at all ,
i stayed in the hospital for 3 days and went home and had no proablems he
is great you will love him trust me.
