Question:
How many times can someone appeal?

Hi, You can appeal as many times as it takes for them to FINALLY understand you need help. Usually 2 times does it, but sometimes it takes a 3rd or 4th try. Best of luck!! Mickey....

it took me two to three times.It took over two year of fighting,but I won and got lap band on March 15 of this year.Dont give up.The last time I wrote a personal simple letter and they finally aproved me.If you have any qustions let me know.Sandy Hanson

As many times as it takes...I used to do Medical Billing for 12 years. Keep at it, they will realize you are not going to drop it and eventually break down! Good luck and God Bless!

No one has gotten this right for you....the answer is 3 denials. Then you can appeal to the state ins. commissioner if you are denied then you are done
