when can you do situps

when can you do sit up, a month or two month    — mark11-23- (posted on August 4, 2009)

We were told that we could begin to do strength training exercises at 6 weeks out. I'm guessing that would include sit-ups. Just pay very close attention to your body. If it feels wrong, wait a week or two before trying again.
