Metagenics Web Site has Bariatrix Chewable Vitamins - specifically for bariatric surgery patients! Very good ones, and price isn't bad. If you want more info on them, e-mail me back at [email protected].

Did your doctor tell you to use chewable vitamins? I had RYN in 1999 and I started taking USANA Essentials soon thereafter. I did have to spread them out over the day and make certain that I took them with some solids (which you always should anyway) but because they dissolve easily and completely, are pharmacutical grade and have received the Gold Medal for Best Nutritional Supplement for many years I found them to be the best choice for me. Ask your doctor because USANA Essentials are listed in the PDR of Nutritional Supplements. Wishing you the very best. I hope you'll look my profile and read my blog when you have the opportunity. I have been using Optisouce since my lapband surgery on June fifteenth of this year. It is a post bariatric surgery formula. It has been working very well for me. You can find it at your local walgreens. It they don't have it in stock they can order it for you.

Another option is using a spray vitamin. I use Vitamist (which is absorbed by the mucous membranes in your mouth). Spray vitamins are absorbed much better than pills or liquids. I take a multivitamin, a Calcium, and a Vitamin B-12 (all by spray). The price is competitive, and I do not get nauseous afterward like I do with pills. Go to vitamist.com and check them out.
