Well, it depends on where in Illinois you live. I lived in Belleville, the
other side of St. Louis and I used medicare. I went to Dr. Fabito, At
Southpointe Hospital , in St. Louis. It was about 20 miles from where I
lived. He is super. His Number is 1800-245-. 1431. Good luck
