Click on "Find a doc" (located at the top of this webpage). Go to "Browse the List, then scroll down below the picture of the US. Type in the letter H (for Hoffman) and this will bring up the list of doctors that people have had on this website. He is on the list, and five patients of his have commented on him so far. The patient's names are next to their comments, so you are able to email them all individually or you can look at their profiles for more detail. If you have any trouble finding it, feel free to email me!
