Hi! Jennifer, I am not sure if you have the right to physically be present at the appeal but, I have read others one this website who have been present at theirs. And, me just knowing that! I would/will make sure I be at my appeal. So should you -- call your insuance co.(try to speak to the right person) ask them: when, where, and what time the appeal is going to be because, you would like to be present at the appeal. Lady "J", do your homework Gal, and call everyone you can think of until you get what you want. I am waiting for my approval -- and too appeal and complain if I have to -- I personally go straight to the top if I don't get what I want! Never give up and exhaust your options. GOOD LUCK!!
