Question:
If anyone has used Dr.Alexander in Dallas Tx.\ Others help w/surgery?

I am schedualed for surgery on Jan.20,2003. Really excited but just found out tonight from a friend,also Dr.Alexander patient who had the surgery in June 2002. Anyway... She is still getting bills from other Doctors that said they assisted w/the surgery!!!I mean alot of different doctors! Is this common? I am going to call tomorrow to ask,but I was just wanting to hear from some of his other patients to see what happened w/them. Thank you for your help!!!    — fatloser (posted on January 10, 2003)

I had surgery three months ago with Dr. A and have not experienced any billing from other Dr's at this point. Best Wishes on your upcoming surgery! Dr A is awesome and has changed my life.

Me and another lady I met here were upset because the $215 charged for the initial consult was also billed to our insurance companies. My part of the charge was $35. It's almost impossible to get your money refunded. From what I've learned he charges too much. As for the surgery, he has many people who swear by him and are very happy with their operation and I've only heard of two unhappy with him. Your friend needs to complain to the insurance fraud division of her ins company. They can smoke out the rats who are trying to ride her policy gravy train. Shame on them.
