approved-authorization #- but got no letter from Cigna yet

It took about a week. They did e mail it to me though.

I never got a letter. My surgeons office told me I was approved and I then called and listened to the recordings at Cigna and heard the approval.

i never got a letter from cigna, once my surgeon's office had the approval # they took care of everything. good luck!
