Question:
Is it normal to have lots of pain by port 3-4 days post op? (lapband)

You may want to post your question on the lap band board (do to the link for ds forum then use the pull down menu at the top rt to go to the lapband board)or you may want to go to yahoo groups bandsters boards or spotlighthealth.com.There just are not may bandsters here. Lisa F

Hopefully your pain has subsided by now, but I thought I'd reply in case anyone else experiences the same problem. Post-op days 3 and 4 were the worse for me and my port area stayed the sorest of all the incision areas. The soreness did go away after a while and I am 4 months post-op and thrilled with my lap band! ~TF
