Question:
How is Prudential's approval record?

I had Prudential HMO until the end of 1999. Neweigh (Houston) told me up front that Pru. HMO would likely be a hard approval to get and that it would probably be denied right away. They suggested that I switch to the Cigna PPO my company offered during the annual enrollment in Nov. I did and now I'm waitng to see what happens.
