That TOTALLY depends on your start weight and body type..I started 5'8" 327lbs..but because I've lost and gained 100's of lbs over the years, My skin said ENOUGH and went on strike...Yes I need PS..VERY VERY bad- My tummy area is a REAL joke :) But I've seen other women (about my same stats) "shrink" down real nicely....so it just depends on YOU

Oh yes, my END definitely needs reconstruction hehe. Ok sorry, not what you meant, but boy, it's true anyway. My butt has drooped, as have my boobs...my arms have wings (though not as bad as many I've seen) and my tummy, well we won't even go there! I've lost 200 pounds though...so I think it depends on MANY things. How much you lose, how young and elastic your skin is, how much elasticity is in your older skin, how well your diet is and if you exercise. No exercise and diet cannot eliminate the need, BUT a good diet can make your skin healthier so that it 'heals' better and exercise can help strengthen muscles and tone skin that is mostly good to begin with. If you have a lot of stretch marks (broken strands of elastic) then there is no amount of execise or vitamins that can help that.

Not necessarily - I went from 205-100 (5'0") and don't need plastic surgery.
