I would very highly recommend Dr. Rabkin of the Pacific Institute. He is in Ventura. His case coordinator, Carrie Dotson, is a former patient, and looks and feels terrific! I am almost 6 months post-op, and feel the same. Lost about 90 lbs, in great health. No dumping, no other problems. He is well worth the effort.

I'd recommend Philippe Quilici, who performs Lap and Open RNY at Cedars-Sinai in West LA. He has been my surgeon for non-WLS procedures in the past; I want him to perform WLS on me now. He has even written a manual for other surgeons about how to perform the Lap RNY. His office is in Burbank. The details are available at this site under Find a Doc. Good luck!
