Can you switch from Care choices to Preferred choices? It is just the PPO
instead of the HMO for Mercy Health. They paid for mine and a co-workers,
eventhough it was out of network. Have you been to Bariatric Treatment
Center, or called? They can tell you if Care Choices will pay.
