Does anyone have information on Dr. Chad Halversen in Salt lake City, Ut?

I don't know Dr.Halverson personally, but Dr. Goodman one of his partners is going to do my surgery. The whole office are some of the best people that I have talked to about WLS and as far as I know Dr. Halverson is an excellent Doctor, I would let him or any of his other partners do my surgery. I really like Dr. Halversen. I have scheduled my surgery with him. He was great when I had my first visit with him -- very easy to talk to and willing to answer all my questions.
