I have tried to call his office at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital. I was told he no longer

Call INFORMATION for North Carolina. If they have no listing for that particular city ask for a supervisor to do an area code search - your should be able to find him if he is still in the state...GOod LuCk

I thought Dr. Rutledge practiced at Durham Regional Hospital? Maybe you are calling the wrong hospital.
