Question:
Has anyone done a Lap-Band with Dr Kuri in Mexico or have any feed back about him

I would like to hear any feedback on Dr Kuri in TJ Mexico. I have decided to go with a Lap-Band and have heard alot about DR Rumbault but not Dr Kuri. What I have heard is positive. Thanks for your help.    — Ann C. (posted on June 6, 2001)

hi ann--email lisa thompson in washington. her name is on the message board. she had dr.kuri do her AGB on a tuesday, she was released from the hospital wednesday, flew home to washington thursday and was back to work on friday. that is a great testimonial to dr. kuri's surgical skills. however, you may save yourself some money. today, june 6, the AJUSTABLE BAND was approved by the FDA, and as such will be covered by insurance. the only problem is finding a surgeon who has experience in this procedure. judy
