Question:
What is a member satisfaction hearing?

Please help, I have to go in front of the pacificare medical reveiw board.I got my second denial letter today. the reason I am denied again is i do not have medically supervised weight loss for six months. Hey Angel, this is Veronica, I myself am with cignahealth care and I will be going before a committee review on July 3rd...I'm scared to death...I'm being denied for the very same reason...I don't have 3 supervised diet attempts...blah blah blah...I'm getting friends to write out statements and having them notarized...trying to get all medical records and statements from doctors. It has been hell to say the least.....keep in touch
