Has anyone got info about this new law that will be effective 7-1-2000 ?

Hi Linda...I live in Virginia, but have heard about a bill very similar to the Indiana one, that is supposed to go into effect July 1, 2000. I have heard of someone receiving a certified letter from her insurance company after months of appeals and denials, to resubmit after 7/1/2000, due to this bill. It would indeed be wonderful if this is true. I'm hoping for the same in VA, as I've been denied due to not being a covered benefit. Debbie
