Has anyone been approved with a Medical Card?

Angela - First I would suggest you click on "Insurers" among the different topics at the top of the page. Then put in your state and look under all the various names they call Medicaid in your state. For example in Illinois we call it Public Aid, Medicaid, IDPA or Illinois Department of Public Aid. My surgery was (THANKFULLY!) paid by Medicaid and I am so very grateful! I don't plan on being on Medicaid for the rest of my life (unlike before surgery, I may have never gotten off it with all the health problems!). I have both Medicare and Medical and was easily approved for surgery - no problems. Good luck!
