Question:
What, if any, liquid vitamins is everyone taking?

I am looking for a liquid multi-vitamin to take. I already take a liquid B-12 but need a multi also. Can you all please let me know what you are taking so I can get on track better. Thank you!!    — Des812 (posted on February 14, 2003)

I don't personally take liquid but I have a friend that also has surgery and she is unable to swallow pills. So she takes Seasilver liquid vitamins. They are sugarfree as far as I know and she let me try them. Has a light cranberry flavor. Better tasting than I could have ever imagined. I hope that helps.

I take the Isotonix Mutli and Calium. It is a powder that mixes with water, and makes a solution 2x more absorbable than other liquid supplements. Email me at [email protected] for more info, or see my profile. Renee D

Shaklee has a liquid multi-vitamin called Liqui-Lea and it has iron in it. Visit their web site at www.shaklee.com.

Isotonix calcium plus, Isotonix multivitamin, Isotonix OPC, Isotonix antioxidant, B12 injections once a month, and that is it! I love the Isotonix because other than taking two calcium doses a day, I can take all my vitamins at one time and get the benefit of 12 oz of water too. They taste citrusy and I crave them when I forget to take them. Barbara Thompson , author of the WLS book, "WLS, finding the Thin Person Hiding Inside You." and Dr. Shauer recommend them. Try them and I'll bet you won't want to return to pills ever again. One more thing, they are absorbed in small intestine within 5 minutes of drinking them. They are perfect for us.

I too take the Isotonix vitamins. I take the multi-vitamin, the calcium and the antioxidant. They taste really good and are much easier to take than pills. I do still take Biotin and zinc in pill form and swallow them down with the Isotonix. I put a B-12 under my tongue immediately after. I do all these in the morning when I first get up. Then all I have to take is another capful of the calcium at dinner and an iron with some juice before bed. Works for me! ;-)
