Question:
I'm RNY distal, I would like to know how much sugar per sitting you can

I've been told to limit sugars to no more that 6g per meal or protein supplement. Be cautious that you're not trying to figure out how much you can have without causing dumping, or how much you can get away with safely, but rather the maximum you should use for maximum weight loss benefit! :)
