Has anyone been approved for WLS in the Bakersfield area under Pacificare/Gemcare?

I have Pacificare insurance and my group is Gemcare. Has anyone who has this insurance had any luck getting approved for WLS? If so, who was your PCP and which surgeon where you referred to? Thanks.    — Tina C. (posted on November 2, 2000)
