Need to find Dr. Sharm,BLMC Clinic, for records for insurance approval

Does anyone know where I can find Dr. Sharma who ran the BLMC Clinic in Troy, MI? I need to get a copy of my records when I was on the Opti-fast program. I need this for approval from my insurance company.    — Joanne H. (posted on May 17, 2001)
