Question:
Looking for advice from someone who has successfully appealed directly to there emplo

I work for a company of about 200. I am almost certain that it will get to the point that I will have to appeal directly to my employer. At that point I will be going directly to the vice president of the company (she handles our insurance). The owners have become very money hungry and only want to line their pockets (former president has passed away and his kids are now running the company). I need advice as to what to take to them as far as information. Anyone know of any good literature for employers? They are nice people, but they have been cutting costs all over the company. With the economy being what it is how do you convince an employer that this is the best thing to do?    — Janine S. (posted on February 3, 2002)
