Question:
Anyone Have Dr. Nazarian in Beverly Hills do their Surgery?

I have a consultaion appointment with Dr. Nazarian on Jan. 3 I would like to know how quick his process is ( I checked out Alvarado and Valley Surgical, but they had waiting lists a mile long) and how you would rate him? Also if you come from out of town how long does he require you to stick around? I live in the central valley (about three hours away). Thanks.    — M. S. (posted on December 20, 2001)

Hi Lanie, I originally posted this question 6 years ago, I had surgery with Dr. Nazarian that long ago. Here's what I remember. They were very fast getting me in for an appointment and it only took maybe 2 weeks for my insurance to approve me, for the whole surgery I only paid a total of $250, my deductable! The staff was friendly and I thought Dr. Nazarian to be caring and friendly as well. My surgery went well (open rn-y) with no complications and my recovery was relatively well save for one incident of dehydration which made me feel quite horrible and ill (I ended up in the ER for a few hours to get fluids via an IV). After that I made sure I drank all my fluids so it didn't happen again. I lost 110 pounds in just under a year, and 6 years (and two more children) later I have kept it off and feel great.
