where do I find a surgeon that my insurance covers?

Check online. My insurance BCBS has a website as do most large carriers. Within their website is a part called locate a doctor and you can specify what type of doctor you are looking for. Otherwise, I would call your insurance carrier and ask for the provider list to be sent out for your plan.
