Letter for plastic surgery

Need a letter to help qualify for plastics. I see on the site under plastic surgery dated 2/11/01 signed by only barb Day but no email address. she offered to send her letter as an example. would you still have her email address? Or a letter I could use?    — sherry D. (posted on October 5, 2005)
