Question:
Has anyone had experience with lawyer Walter Lindstrom?

I have recently been denied coverage by exclusion on morbid obesity by BCBS. I just hired Walter Lindstrom to handle my appeal procedures...what should I expect? I would appreciate others sharing their stories of appeal...Thank you!    — Johanna H. (posted on August 9, 1999)

Walter is a first class lawyer dedicated to WLS. He has had about the best success rate in the country and is very well known to the insurance companies, doctors and state insurance groups. Good Luck on your appeal.

If BCBS is Blue Cross Blue Shield that is the insurance company I had when I had my surgery. The first time it was submitted for approval it was denied. I then had my primary care physician and his family nurse practitioner write letters to my insurance company and then it was approved. I didn't have to go through the hassel of hiring an attorney. Have you tried writing letters to them? Good luck

I just used Mr. Walt Lindstrom and he is wonderful. I was denied by my ins. and Mr. Lindstrom only took about 7 months and now I am set to have surgery on June 19th. He's the best.
