Question:
Has anyone dealt with CHA health insurance for surgery approval?

I have CHA, and I called them and they said they usually don't have a problem approving the surgery. I'm in the process now of finding a surgeon in Kentucky that is a provider for CHA because I have HMO. Let me know if you make any progress with them and I will do the same...
