How do I find him? I am from out of state.

Images (Dr. Hall) 2424 50th Street Lubbock, TX. 79412 1-800-554-4255 Hi....I am not using Dr. Hall but back in Feb. of 99, I saw a commercial about Images. I called the 800 number and they sent me some info.
