I've tried a couple of them. I really liked some of the ones you mix with a blender (like a smoothie), however, my lifestyle doesn't always allow a blender available! I found this product call Procell. It is a predigested protein powder that disolves in hot or cold liquid without needing a blender. I put it in my cottage cheese, salad dressing, oatmeal, yogurt, over ice with juice, etc. It is virtually tastless. It does make the juice creamy looking. Let me know if your interested and I'll send you the number.

Ok, I just went out tonight to GNC and bought a can of Designer Whey Protein, strawberry flavor. The guy working there was a body builder and he told me it tastes great, and has a money back guarantee. I mixed it with a fork in a glass of milk and it was fantastic! I've only experimented with protein supplements before and this tasted totally different. TRY it!

There are 100's on the market out there. Look for appx 30g of protein per serving with less than 5g of sugar in that serving. Look for one that will mix in water. To mix in milk turns it into a weight gainer. Many, many will shake up in just a few oz of water, so they don't need to be an all day adventure. Soys can be heated, wheys cannot. As long as the whey protein STATES that it is lactose free, it IS lactose free. Whey is more bioavaiable, they are smoother, but a bit more expensive to use, but then again, they can be used with water. Whey cannot be heated, but it can be frozen and if you figure out the exact combo to get protein popsicles, would you let me know? Just think carefully of what you are adding to your protein. Water is only going to help your wt loss. Anything with any g of sugar can hinder your wt loss.

Hello. I am a 4 1/2 weeks post and I ordered samples for less than $2 each from vitalady.com (the previous poster runs that site). I tried one a day and found 2 that I really like so I ordered those and plan to up the intake to 2 a day. I mix both with 4-6 oz water and a few ice cubes in the blender. They are tolerable. ProScore 100 Chocolate and ProBlend 55 Mocha Cappuccino. Many people have different tastes. I learned that the hard way by tasting what other people told me was good. But when I called vitalady I asked for the best seller and they told me ProScore 100 so I tried it and liked it. Good luck!
