Question:
HELP!!! My company is rewriting thier exclusions and I need your help!

If you were denied or approved, please send me an e-mail to let me know what insurance you have. If you would like to inlcude other information regarding their exclusion policy or their acceptance policy - then that would be great too. I was flat out told this morning NO! Not under any circumstances. I just happened to call the Benefits manager and she told me they are rewriting, but I only have until 8/21pm to have info to her. She said they go by 'industry standard'. Right. Well, if thats true, lady...then how come so many have been approved? Also, if you know any legal info, then that's great too!!!Thanks!!! They are going by the "industry standard" because that is the cheapest policy. Thats what the company I work for has done, and EVERYTHING is excluded not just WLS. Oh! except for penile implants but I don't need one of those:(
