Question:
I have been denied by Cigna HMO of Az. I am planning

on appealing. I have not recieved the paper work in the mail yet explaining why I have been denied. My question is: Can I still appeal and if I am STILL denied, after a few months (doing more supervised diets and all) can I resubmit for the surgery? Will it be like starting all over again? Also I welcome any help that can be given on writing appeal letters? Also wanted to know if starting TOPS online helps at all? I started a month ago, but I can't go to the meetings, I just do it online, will that help my appeal? Thank you Thank you Thank you for all your support!!
