If walter Lindstom is in California..and Gary Visico is in New york..Can they help

In short...... yes! If they are not licensed to practice in your state, then they hire an attorney to work on their behalf. The letter/paperwork they'll send you at your request explains all that to you. Good luck!

You might check out your State's Insurance Commission. I did that and had my denial overturned. One thing tho - be very direct and to the point, and include LOTS of documentation to support your appeal.
